Rehab Refresher Course @ Aboite Health Center
Have you been given exercises orstretches to do at home and wonder if you are doing them correctly and effectively? Or have you been wondering about how to get the most out of your chiropractic care at home?
We would love to invite you to a Rehab Refresher Course on June 9, at 7pm. Dr Lyons and his staff will be going over stretches and exercises and answering any questions you have about what you can do at home to further your care.
Please wear comfortable clothing and come ready to work with the staff. Let's get you feeling better and better everyday!
